HELP DESK SUPPORT
Help desk regular hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM – 6 PM EST, excluding holidays. Any technical issues and questions pertaining to the operation of 2Touch software are handled during regular business hours. For example: How do I add a menu item? How do I change my speed screen? I forgot to adjust tips and I closed out what do I do? Contact the help desk by calling (888) 756-7994 Extension 2. The help desk is not a replacement for official training through eLearning or paid training sessions.
MENU AND ADMINSTRATIVE CHANGES
We will help you revise your system settings. For example, we will make menu changes, setup employees, change permissions, and alter kitchen requisition routes for you. This service will be completed remotely and you should expect to schedule the work to be done. This service does not include recurring assistance. This is not a replacement for official training through eLearning or paid training sessions.
Our eLearning certification training provides the official 2Touch curriculum for your employees. Servers and bartenders can gain skills in learning the general functions of the 2TouchPOS Software. The eLearning training is divided into progressive lessons. The lessons contain videos, demonstrations, interactive practice, and checks for understanding. Printed certifications show successful completion.
Minor version software releases repair minor bugs or provide minor functional enhancements. They also assist with #Merchant Processing Security as upgrades occur from solution providers. Minor version upgrades will be available as they are released. Coordination with the help desk to upgrade your system to these releases is required. Support entitles you to two upgrades per calendar year.
